MATURING THROUGH GENERATIONS

For four generations, the Radišić family has crafted cheeses of distinctive quality on the same estate in the Vojvodina village of Čurug. A hundred years have passed since great-grandmother Kata – and just as many years of learning, investment, and devotion to the craft. Today, Farmer Dairy is a small artisanal workshop where traditional recipes are nurtured in modern conditions. Each generation adds its knowledge, while the fifth is already growing up surrounded by the scent of milk and the warmth of cheesemaking.
