What you may not know is that cheese begins in the field, where we grow feed for our herd. Our farm is among the most advanced of its kind. Each of our cows enjoys carefully managed conditions, from tailored nutrition to massages, music, and a voluntary milking system that allows complete freedom of movement. This is how we produce premium-quality milk, free from antibiotics, hormones, and aflatoxins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We craft traditional cheeses, including our signature rolled cheese from the pasta filata family. From softer varieties, we produce ka\u010dkavalj, brined cheeses, and fresh cheeses.
